Steps to choose a DEMUERTE wine
Choosing a wine is not easy. And it is that the great variety of grapes that we can find in the market and the number of types of wine is so wide that unless we are understood in the matter, it is easy to put the stop.
So that this does not happen to you when choosing among the DEMUERTE wines from our collection, we have drawn up these lines with which we want to help you select the most suitable for each need.
Step 1: At what time of the meal will the wine be taken
It is important to take into account the moment in which the wine is to be drunk. Not all wines are used to accompany starters or dessert, for example. In each case we must choose different wines. Thus, the usual thing is that for starters or if we have invited our guests to a brunch, it is best to choose a white wine such as DEMUERTE WHITE. A bright straw yellow wine, which is light but unctuous. Its taste is creamy and full-bodied, as well as good acidity. It combines perfectly with sausages and other elaborations since it has a long finish with hints of white fruit and herbaceous. Therefore, it is also suitable to accompany some desserts, especially those with fruit.
In the event that our wine is to be used for the main meal, your choice is to opt for a red wine. And depending on its composition, we can choose, from a forceful DEMUERTE BLACK to a DEMUERTE ONE, which has a medium body that completes the flavors of food with a caloric load and medium fat.
Step 2: What time of year are you
The ambient temperature directly influences the choice we make of the wine. Thus, no one escapes that in summer white or rosé wines are craved because they have a lower caloric load. That does not mean, however, that we cannot enjoy a red wine. Of course, always cool or kept in perfect environmental conditions. As with our DEMUERTE CLASSIC, which is consumed between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius.
Step 3: Read the labels
It is important that before purchasing any wine you read the information that the manufacturers have placed on its label. In our case, our label you will find data referring to: the type of grapes with which each DEMUERTE variety is made, the vintage, the denomination of origin to which they belong (Yecla), our name and a brief tasting note.
Step 4: Degree of alcohol
It is important that you read the alcoholic content of our wines so that it adapts to the time at which they are going to be consumed, and your guests know what they are exposed to when consuming it. Thus, depending on which wine you are looking for if more intense or less the graduation can also help you choose a good wine.
The usual thing is that the alcohol content of the wine is between 12º and 14º, although sometimes they exceed it. In the case of DEMUERTE wines you will find the following:
16% Vol: DEMUERTE BLACK.
14.5% Vol: DEMUERTE CLASSIC; DEMUERTE DELUXE; DEATH GOLD; and DEMUERTE ONE.
12.5% Vol: DEMUERTE WHITE.
